Whenever you perform an operation on our site which requires that we get personal information about you, such as ordering a product or changing your billing address, we ask you to Sign In.
Once you sign in, and viewing your account information, look for the security icon (a lock or key on your browser). It’s your sign that your personal information is being transmitted securely. Please review our Security Guarantee for more information.
Your Account is the place to go to update anything about your account. Your Account is always accessible on your screen, and clicking on it will take you to a page where you’ll be able to change your password, edit billing information, or change any of the shipping information you’ve stored as part of your profile.
Be sure when selecting a password to choose a password that’s easy to remember but hard to guess. Please note that your password is upper/lower case sensitive and is required to be at least 6 characters with a limit of up to 16 characters long. Your password can include letters, numbers, and the symbols / . – _ @. You can also select a hint that we’ll display if you forget your password. For your security, don’t write down your password or give it to anyone; no one from HelloDelicious! will ever ask for your password.
If you want to check on the status of your order or need to see information that pertains to a past order, click on Your Account. You’ll be asked to sign in, if you haven’t already done so. From Your Account, click on the Order History link to see a list of your past orders. Click on any one for a detailed look at your order.

Just follow these simple steps to place your order:
- To add an item to your shopping cart, click Add to Cart.
- When you’re finished shopping, click Checkout.
- You’ll be asked to register so you can connect to our secure server.
- Fill out your checkout information, including your shipping address and credit card information. If you’ve ordered with us before, most of this information will be pre-filled for you. We’ll display a page that shows all of your order information for your final approval.
- Review and confirm all your order information, then click Place This Order and you’re done! We will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. An account is automatically created for you once you place your first order so you won’t have to enter all the information again when you order next.
We do our best to make sure that all of the information on this site is accurate. Despite our best efforts, sometimes an item may be priced incorrectly.
If the item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, then we will charge you the lower price and ship the item to you.
If the item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, then we will contact you and wait for your instructions before shipping.
Most in-stock orders will ship out within 2-3 business days of when you place your order. If this is not possible for some reason, we will notify you immediately. The total time to receive your package is dependent upon the shipping method you choose. We have listed the estimated times including our time to pack and ship your order as well as the shipping transit time. For example, for a Standard Delivery package, the total time is calculated as follows:
(2-3 business days for us to pack and ship) + (shipping transit time) = Total Delivery Time
For example, if you select Standard Delivery, the transit time will be 3-6 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 2-3 business days for packing + 3-6 business days (transit time), for a total of 4-8 business days from the time you place your order.
Payment & Shipping Information
We accept payments through Amazon Pay.
Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within Illinois.
The final confirmation page displayed when you order shows the sales tax we will charge on your order.
Orders are shipped exclusively via UPS and will be calculated based on where the order will be shipped to. If you need an express or rushed delivery, please select that option to learn what the additional cost will be for shipping. Along with shipping charges, the estimated delivery time will be displayed depending on the shipping selection you make.
We know you are eager to receive your order. When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment. You can also track the status of your shipment from Your Account.
Our Returns Policy
We’re confident that you’ll be delighted with your HelloDelicious! purchase. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, let us know. We will promptly replace the item or give you a refund to the credit card used for the purchase. It’s that simple.
Please return items as soon as possible. Write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. Enclose the slip in the carton and wrap the package securely. Send it to the return address on your shipping label.

If you do not have your packing slip, please include the reason for return, along with your name, e-mail address, and phone number (so we may call you with questions) and send the package to the address above.
For your protection, please use UPS, Fedex or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
A credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes will be applied to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless a result of an error by HelloDelicious!.
Our returns center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been processed.

HelloDelicious.com will cover this liability up to $50.00 only for the unauthorized use of your credit card resulting through no fault of your own from purchases made at one of our sites while using our secure server.
In the event of such unauthorized use, you must promptly notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
